St. Richard BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP
RE-SCHEDULED – “How Did King David Grieve?”
Speaker – Dr. Danny Dickerson, Chaplain of Kindred Hospice Ministry
Thursday, August 12, at 6:30 p.m. in FOLEY HALL
The St. Richard Bereavement Support Group will meet on THURSDAY, August 12, at 6:30 p.m. in FOLEY HALL. Dr. Dickerson was scheduled to speak in June, but he had to cancel because of illness. He is fine now and looking forward to being with us. An interesting topic…What can we learn from how David grieved the deaths of King Saul, his friend Jonathan, and his two sons Absalom and a newborn son? Grieving the death of loved ones is and has always been a most difficult part of life. t. Chaplain Dickerson also plays music as part of his sharing.
This group is for those who are hurting from losing a loved one OR for those who are trying to comfort and understand the grief of a family member or friend. PLEASE INVITE any friends or relatives you know who are bereaved and hurting. It is open to all. If you have questions, need directions, or just need to talk to someone, call Suzie Cranston 601-573-3347 or Nancy McGhee at 601-942-2078 or email ncmcghee@bellsouth.net
