Jackson Vocations Homegrown Harvest Fest

Saturday, October 21, 2023, 6:30 PMThis event gives us an opportunity to meet and greet our seminarians and to show our support for the future priests of the diocese. This year we are blessed with seven seminarians - Dcn. Tristan Stovall, John Le, Will Foggo, Grayson Foley, EJ Martin, Wilson Locke and Francisco Maldonado.
It costs more than $50,000 per year to educate and walk with each of our seminarians. As with most things, the cost is not going down anytime soon. Vocations director, Fr. Nick Adam says he has been blown away by the amount of support that continues to come in for our future priests as we continue to build a culture of homegrown vocations. The proceeds from this event will go directly toward the annual budget for the vocations program. This budget not only pays for the needs of our seminarians during the academic year, but it also goes toward the promotion of vocations throughout the diocese.
Please consider sponsoring or buying tickets for you and your loved ones. As always all of our seminarians will be in attendance including Dcn. Tristan, We will also have an excellent dinner and silent action. I hope to see you on Saturday, October 21st as we continue to ask the Lord of the harvest to bring forth more laborers for that harvest!
Tickets are $100 and admits two people.
