"When Others Don't Understand ... Self Care"

It is difficult to be around people who are not aware of the pain you are experiencing and unintentionally say hurtful things. Susanna will share how losing someone close involves physical, spiritual and emotional connections that others do not understand. Knowing ways to care for ourselves in the midst of all that is helpful and healing.

This group is for all who are hurting from losing a loved one or for those who are trying to comfort and understand the grief of a family member or friend. If you know someone who is bereaved, please invite them. It is open to all.
